Sideswipe Brewing and Westgate Brews have come together to brew a special collaboration beer. As a team we were torn if we wanted it to be a dark and strong beer or strong and dark beer. After much debate we settled on a Belgian Dark Strong Ale. Westgate brews sent 4 of their members to help with the brew day. It was a challenging day of moving grain, eating donuts, moving more grain, eating pizza, adding some hops and some congratulatory beers.
